• Two pork halves are available, with pickup in early December. If you reserve one of these halves, you may still make all processing choices.
• Custom beef quarters/halves are sold out for Fall 2012. There will be bulk ground beef available for sale by the pound, as well as a limited number of steaks. Contact us for more information or to place an order.
