We require a $50 deposit to reserve each quarter of beef or half of pork. This deposit is non-refundable, and will be forfeited if you do not follow through with the purchase. The amount of the deposit is credited to your total invoice at pickup.

The total invoice includes meat, transport costs, and processing, and is due at pickup. We accept payment by cash, personal check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).
